WOpet Automatic Pet Feeder WiFi Cat Feeder Remote Control丨Patrol

I had a previous version from Wopet that worked great for over 4 years, so when it died, I went to this one. Purchased in November, and really liked the integration with the app, giving me alerts when food was low. It is a fairly small food dish, so for my dog I would regularly get messages saying it couldn't dispense all of the food because the food tray was full. Not a big deal, as I figured he was getting enough with twice a day feedings, which were all very simple to schedule via the app. Problem was that getting so many notices, I kinda stopped paying attention and just checked occasionally to see if I was getting a low food warning. Fast forward 3 months and I realize I have 4 days of alerts saying the feeder is jammed and realize my dog hasn't been getting his food. I empty out the hopper, everything seems fine, but the motor doesn't work right. Food is not jammed, and it can easily turn but seems like it is attempting to turn to dispense food, but fails and gives error that it is jammed, even if there is no food in the hopper. I understand that electronics wear out over time, but after only 3 months, this must be defective. I can't seem to find out how to contact support other than going through Amazon, and the return window ended last week :( I liked this feeder enough that I have ordered another one to hopefully have a better experience and see if I can get more than 3 months. New unit will arrive today. Editing after a great experience with WOPET support. After writing the previous review, I reached out to support and they were very easy to work with. Sent me a new unit. No problems with the replacement after a month and now I have a spare. I really do like this feeder and how easy it is to use, along with the notifications letting me know if there are problems. The product works just as described. Easy setup, runs with an app you can download on your phone and everything. We setup timed meal for it to drop food at our pets regular feeding time. This is the part we said it’s not for us. If our pet does not eat all of the portions in one setting the feeder will not drop the remaining food. It got hard to keep up with how much our pet was eating. We even tried to setup different times for her to eat and it didn’t help. Like I said the product is great. If your pet will eat all the portions needed in one setting you will love this.

This is the first and only feeder we’ve used for our cat, and it has been a game-changer. We rely on it during extended trips a few times a year. Initially, we were nervous about leaving for our first trip, but the feeder performed flawlessly. Being able to monitor and schedule feedings gave us peace of mind, knowing our cat was being fed consistently. Highly recommend this Awesome Feeder!

100% life savor no more making the pup wait till I get home to eat. Love the various portion sizes and multiple times to feed options. The App is very user friendly and the notifications of power loss plus wifi inactivity is great.

Just yesterday, my kitten got her new gift. She was a mix of excited, surprised, and curious as the food dropped into the metal basin from the feeder. Seems like she's on her way to falling head over heels for this new treat!

Wasn’t completely satisfied with the cat proofing of this feeder but other than that, it works well. Customer Service was great when it came to hearing my concerns with the product. My associate was quite helpful and understanding with processing the refund.

I like this pet feeder. The flexible feeding plan allows me to dispense many small portions, which is perfect for my hungry kittens. The important thing is that I checked the meal portions and they are consistent. this makes me feel reassured

After a little more than one year this thing simply stopped working. It won’t connect back to WiFi and becomes therefore unusable. After hours waisted on trying to get it to reconnect it will end up in the trash. The second one we bought at the same time still works but who knows how long. Also, the fact that you can’t take of the top to clean it thoroughly, is a no go. Won’t buy this brand again.
