WOpet Castle WiFi Pet Feeder Automatic Cat Feeder with App Control

THE PET FEEDER BARELY DOES ITS FUNCTION. IVE BEEN TRYING TO GET IN TOUCH WITH SUPPORT VIA EMAIL CHAT FOR A MONTH. THEY ANSWERED ONCE SAYING “HELLO, HOW CAN WE HELP” THEN NEVER AGAIN. I WANT A REFUND

I used it for my dog with in a couple weeks she was sick and had an allergic reaction to something. It couldn't have been the food we've been using the same food from the beginning. I gave it to my son who has a cat and I had taken it apart and cleaned everything with mild soap and water and now she is sick.. only common factor is the feeder.

Horrible customer service.

I have 2 cats that each have this dispenser. I programmed the feeders to dispense a specific amount of food 3x a day. It works perfectly! All I have to do now is refill the canister 2-3x a month. No fat cats, no forgetting to put food out or not getting home in time to feed my cats, no food aggression, and so much more. I literally can't recommend this automatic cat food dispenser enough!

I bought a feeder two months ago and it works great. Recording feeding calls is a great feature, my cats can tell it's my voice during feedings and they seem to appreciate this. I ordered another one during the Christmas sale so each cat could have their own feeder
